Reliability, Inc., located in Houston, Texas is a manufacturer of burn-in and testing equipment for the electronics industry. API designed and constructed this 44,000 square foot build-to-suit facility.

Due to its rapid growth, Reliability, Inc. required that an additional 87,000 square feet of office/manufacturing space be constructed. Since API originally purchased additional land in anticipation of such expansion, the additional space was added to the facility with no interruption in the operation.

The building contains facilities for the research and development of state-of-the-art advanced testing of integrated circuits and advanced electromechanical handling equipment, as follows:
