The Veterans Benefits
Administration Office Building is located in the 120 acre VA Medical
Center campus at the intersection of Holcombe Boulevard and Almeda Road
in Houston. The 140,000 square foot structure houses 600 employees and
serves the needs of veterans throughout the southern region of Texas.
In addition to the VBA
Building, Amelang Partners has a 35 year ground lease from the U.S.
Government of ten additional acres and is presently developing medical
and commercial facilities.
