Company History
Amelang Partners was founded in 1966 by Karl Amelang. The company grew steadily and was soon known for it's ability to deisgn and build high-quality facilities to own and manage, or for clients. Amelang partners developed properties throughout the southern region of the United States, including distribution warehouses, manufacturing facilities, laboratories and office buildings. We are a privately owned and conservatively managed company with a commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship and professionalism.

ROCKY STEVENS
President
Rocky Stevens brings nearly four decades of experience in commercial real estate. Since founding the firm in 2002, he has led development, leasing, and management of assets across office, retail, and industrial sectors in both public and private markets. Prior to Wellington, Rocky spent 17 years at Amelang Partners, rising to principal and specializing in office, medical, and industrial development. He holds a degree in civil engineering from Auburn University and has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, enduring developments.
MARK SEGER
Partner
Mark Seger is a Partner at Wellington Development Company and WGC Partners, and President of Blackbrush Capital. With over two decades in commercial real estate, he has led more than $380 million in development and investment across student housing, retail, medical office, and land.
His background spans appraisal, capital markets, and development, providing a comprehensive perspective on sourcing, financing, and executing projects. Mark holds a degree from Baylor University.
JONATHON JARQUIN
Controller
Jonathon Jarquin is Controller at Wellington Development Company with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting and financial operations. He oversees financial reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
He previously worked at Moody Rambin and holds a degree in accounting from the University of Houston.

Katerina Stevens is an Associate at Wellington Development Company, supporting development initiatives, marketing strategy, and company operations. She plays a key role in managing land assets, coordinating partner efforts, and strengthening the firm’s market presence.

SANDRA O'GUYNN
Controller
Sandra O'Guynn is the controller at Amelang Partners Inc. A native Texan born in Galveston, Sandra brings a diverse professional background to her role at Amelang including experience across energy, structural engineering, commercial and estate management industries. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University.
Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, crafting, reading and playing games. She remains connected to her Texas roots and the Gulf Coast community where she was raised.
